Presentation Guidelines

Keynote presentation: 40 minutes, including 5 minutes for questions and discussions
Invited presentation: 30 minutes, including 5 minutes for questions and discussions
Oral presentation: 20 minutes, including 5 minutes for questions and discussions
Please test your PC connection during the break time. We recommend you to save your PowerPoint file to our PC with Windows prior to your presentation. We will delete the file after your presentation.
- Poster presentation

Presenters will be able to put up their posters from 17:30 on October 13 to 12:00 on October 17, and will be provided with mounting pins or a double-sided tape. We recommend you to prepare an A0 size poster (W841 × H1189 mm). The poster awards will be given for the student presenters. To apply for this student poster award, please send your name and poster number (PA-** or PB-**) to spinos_v@sci.u-hyogo.ac.jp by email before October 10. Winner's names will be announced at the closing ceremony.
